Wedding Package Notes:
“Full day booking” means that the client’s investment covers the photographers’ full day of shooting. There will not be additional fees for longer weddings or “paid by the hour” charges. If you choose Hale Photography for your wedding event, you will receive our services for the full length of the event.
Clients will typically receive 300-500 high quality photos within 7-10 business days of the wedding event.
Travel expenses will be calculated based on the wedding and venue locations. If the wedding is local to the Springfield/Branson area, travel expenses will be excluded. However, if the wedding is not local or out of state/country, travel expenses will need to be calculated and added to the cost of the wedding package. Please allow 24 hours to calculate those expenses.
Travel expenses cover the photographer’s fuel/tickets/transportation, food, lodging, and any misc. expenses related to equipment transport or set up.
Videos will be typically shot in 4K quality and will be edited for optimal viewing.
